I am Julia Keiser, the owner of Sweetest Moments Events and Treats, as well as a wife and a Mom to three beautiful and spirited children. I am also an avid baker who dreams of someday owning my very own quaint little bakery! Like many children, my kids adore sleepovers. Allow me to provide the magic of tent sleepovers to your home with many additional options to make this party a breeze for you!

SLEEPOVER TENT SETUPS
Includes set up and takedown of tent, air mattress, sheet, queen pillow, throw pillows, breakfast tray, lantern, correlating garland and/or twinkle lights, and balloons: $40/setup

Packaged in bag or box to match party theme, including 10-15 of the following items: Hershey kisses, fun size gummy bears, water bottle stickers, fun erasers, slap bracelets, Pixie sticks, or temporary tattoos.

Spa bags come with spa headband, facial mask, mini lotion, mini hairbrush, lip balm and sleep mask.

If you would like to host a party outside of our service range, or if we are unable to set up a party for you for any other reason, we now offer rental only of our equipment! All supplies will be available with instructions as well as an inventory list to help you prepackage and return all items. No cleaning or laundering is required - we will take care of that!
Deposit requirements differ from a traditional party with full payment required at booking with additional $100 deposit, to be refunded to you once all equipment is accounted for (within 24 hours of return).






FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long can I use the tents?
No more than 20 hours between the hours of 3pm to 11 am the next morning to allow for laundering and cleaning between parties.

Are the tents and supplies cleaned between parties?
Yes! All bedding, pillowcases and blankets are laundered in Purex Free & Clear detergent to minimize issues for any party guests who may be sensitive to soaps and scents. Trays and lanterns are wiped clean with antibacterial wipes.

Are the treats prepared in a clean facility and using clean materials and equipment?
All treats are prepared and baked at my home. I have an active Cottage Food License with the County of Solano as well as the required Food Handler's certification. I sanitize equipment and use botanical antibacterial cleaners on my countertops before preparing food.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, for a standard party, a $50 deposit is required to secure your date and allow me to start prepping for your party.
For a rental only party, full payment is required at the time of booking, with an additional $100 deposit, which will be refunded to you once all equipment is returned and inventoried (within 24 hours of return - see additional details above).

How do I book a party?
Thank you for entrusting me to plan a memorable party for your child! Please email me with the preferred date of your party and I will send you a Google Form to complete with all of your party options and preferences.
Note: A party is considered securely booked once Google order form and party deposit are received.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Deposit can be paid by Venmo, Cash App or Zelle. Balance due at the time of party, if any, can be made via the same methods, or by cash.
